The UKT has two guest artist studio spaces available for short term rental:
One of these spaces- "A" is the Exhibition/Galleryspace.
The other studio space "B" is a 32m² efficiency apartment located on the second floor.
Its main room is 4.8m by 4m.

   This space has a kitchen, and a WC.    Its windows face to the North and for that reason, this space has the best natural light of the entire building.

Both of the spaces are heated, and completely furnished. And there are painting easels available for loan at no extra charge. Bed linen and towels can also be provided for a nominal charge of 5€/week. The rental includes a sauna once a week. The electrical outlets are grounded 240v Shuko type. Double occupancy (rental by two persons) is encouraged and the larger space "A" would be available to a family with small children.
The spaces are available all year round, and while they are designed with easel artists in mind, the peaceful natural environment surrounding the UKT can serve as an inspiration for poets, composers, and other artists as well.

This space, "B" is available for short term rental of 1 to 3 weeks.
The current rental rate (effective 01.04.2007) for this space ("B") is:
300€/week,
with a 10% discount for each additional week:
2 weeks = 570€
3 weeks = 840€
The above prices include 8% ALV tax.
